- Apply for new or re-issue of passport.
- Fill the details in the form and submit.
- Click on Pay And Schedule Appointment link on the View saved/submitted applications,screen to schedule an appointment.
- Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at all passports seva offices.You can use following payment mode for online payment.
- By credit card,master card or visa.
- Use SBI bank challan.
- Internet banking of SBI.
7. Click on Print Application Receipt.Link to print the application receipt containing application reference number (ARN) appointment number.
8. Visit the passport seva kendra,Regional passport office (RPO) where your appointment has been booked with your orignal documents.
Important - 1st - Only medical/emergency cases and preapproved categories may visit passport office without appointment.Service will be provided at the discretion of passport seva kendra in-charge/passport officer.
2nd - Resubmission of application form is required in case the applicant does not visit the passpot office under 90 days from the online form submission date.
