Recent research of some university in usa declare that broccoli is helpful in preventing breast cancer,specially in starting stage.According to recent reasearch broccoli have some properties name SULFORAPHANE which helping to prevent breast cancer naturally.

Researcher gave some dose of SULFORAPHANE to those womens who have some negative results in mammography tests,and in results researchers find that due to use of sulforaphane,breast cancer cells are decrease that means broccoli is good in breast cancer.

सामग्री Ingredients for dry fruits rabdi kulfi. 1 लीटर दूध 15 - 20 टुकड़े बादाम ,पिस्ता। 200 ग्राम चीनी 10 - 12 धागे केसर के। आधा spoon छोटी इलायची का पाउडर। विधि How to make . दूध को उबलने के लिए रख दे ,और इसमे इलायची पाउडर ,केसर डालकर तब तक उबाले जब तक ये घोल गाढ़ा ना हो जाए। अब पिस्ता और बादाम को छोटा बारीक़ काट लें और दूध में डाल दें। अब ऊपर से चीनी डाले और सही से मिक्स कर लें और आंच से उतार लें। अब इसे ठंडा होने दे फिर कुल्फ़ी मोल्ड में भर के 2 से 3 घंटे तक इसे फ्रीज़र में जमने के लिए रख दें। 2 - 3 घंटे बाद निकाल ले ,काटें और सबको खिलाए ,ज्यादा स्वाद के लिए ऊपर से रूहअफजा डाले। Enjoy your dry fruits rabdi kulfi:)
